PRICING
All product prices on our website include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery charges. If VAT rates change between your order date and dispatch, we’ll adjust the VAT unless full payment has already been made.
We take payment when your order is dispatched and send a Dispatch Confirmation email. You own the item once we receive full payment. If payment is overdue, we charge interest at 2% per year above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily until payment is made.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Unless stated otherwise, PEGINA LTD is not the product manufacturer. While we aim for accuracy, colours may differ slightly from screen to product, and packaging may vary. Always follow product labels and instructions.
We may update products to reflect legal or regulatory changes or make minor improvements that don’t affect usage.
DELIVERY & PROCESSING POLICY
Order Processing: Orders received before 4pm GMT are processed the same business day. Orders after 4pm or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day. Allow additional time during sales, Christmas, and holidays.
Delivery Options: Delivery methods and VAT-inclusive charges are listed on our website.
Delays or Non-Performance: If external events delay your delivery, we’ll notify you and do our best to minimise delays. No compensation will be offered, but you may cancel for a refund on undelivered items. If we can’t fulfil the contract at all due to such events, we’ll cancel and refund you.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To cancel, email info@peginastore.co.uk or post your request to: Flat 1 1 York Road, Hall Green, Birmingham, England, B28 8BD.
Return the product within 14 days of cancellation at your own cost (unless free returns were offered). Return to: Unit 3, Junction 6 Industrial Park, Birmingham, B6 7JJ.
Use a tracked service and keep proof of postage. Without this, if the return isn’t received, we can’t issue a refund.
We refund only standard delivery charges, not express or timed delivery upgrades.
If the item hasn’t been dispatched, you’ll be refunded within 14 days of cancellation. If it has, we’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of return.
We may reduce your refund if the item is returned used, damaged, missing tags, or not in resaleable condition.

Explain the issue, mention if you want a replacement or refund, and include photos/videos if possible.
Once confirmed, we’ll email you a prepaid return label. You’ll receive return process updates automatically.
WARRANTY PERIOD
Items with defects (not caused by misuse or wear and tear) reported within 12 months may be repaired or replaced. This is in addition to your legal rights.
STATUTORY RIGHTS
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
- Within 30 days: full refund for faulty goods
- Within 6 months: full refund if the item can’t be repaired or replaced
- Up to 6 years: partial refund if the item doesn’t last a reasonable time
USE OF PRODUCTS
Products are for home or home-office use unless otherwise stated. Follow manufacturer instructions. Modifications may void the warranty and affect your refund rights.
CUSTOMS DUTIES
For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties/taxes. Customs policies vary; check with your local authority. Shipments may be inspected by customs.
ENDING CONTRACT
We may cancel the contract and claim compensation if you fail to accept delivery within a reasonable time.
LIABILITY
We are responsible for losses caused by our breach, except when:
- The loss was unforeseeable
- Caused by uncontrollable delays
- Could’ve been avoided by following our instructions
- Related to business use
These limitations don’t apply to fraud or injury caused by our negligence.
CHILDREN
We don’t sell to individuals under 18. Orders must be placed by a parent or guardian.
PERSONAL DATA
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice on our website.
DISPUTES

These terms are governed by English law. Legal claims may be brought in the courts of your home nation.
OTHER TERMS
We may transfer our contract obligations without affecting your rights. This agreement is only between you and us. If any term is deemed unlawful, the rest remains in effect.
