Order Cancellation Policy
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To cancel, please contact our Customer Service team using the methods listed in the Returns Policy, or complete the cancellation form and send it to:

If your order has already been delivered, you must return it within 14 days of cancellation. Return costs are your responsibility unless we offered free returns at purchase.

Use a reliable delivery service and keep proof of postage. If we don’t receive the item or you can’t provide evidence of return, we may not issue a refund.
If the item hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll refund you within 14 days of your cancellation. If the product has been sent, we’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of return. Refunds are made to your original payment method — no extra charges apply.
If the item is used, damaged, or missing packaging/accessories, we may reduce or refuse the refund. Our Customer Service team can advise you on this.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. If the item develops a fault after this period, we’ll replace it under warranty.
Holiday Returns: In December, we extend our return window from 1st to 31st to accommodate Christmas purchases.
Please explain the issue clearly and let us know if you’d like a replacement or refund. Include photos or videos showing the problem, if possible.
If we confirm the item is faulty or not as described, we’ll send you a prepaid return label. You’ll receive updates throughout the return process.
